Pro-environmental behaviour among ignou b.ed students

Abstract

Environmental Problems are the most crucial problems all mankind face today. The reasons of environmental problems are generally described as industrialization, population explosion, advancement in science and technology, increasing needs and globalization, while mankind is considered as the most effective factor in environmental problems in terms of their thinking and way of behavior. Therefore Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) is important to promote or change student’s ways of thinking and behaving in order to create a sustainable future for all.
